Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Potential delays may occur during times of high order volume or postal service problems that are out of our control.
  • We will do our best to get your items shipped as quickly as possible! 

 

Return Policy:

If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of items being returned, minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in new condition and have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send and e-mail to hello@bloomingshaw.com with your order # and items you'd like to return.
  2. Please include a reason for return. NO hard feeling here- if you don't love it, let us know!
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • It will take up to 3 days after shipping back your item to receive your refund (minus return shipping cost).
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bloomingshaw.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
